Graceful Aging

Tai Chi is an ancient military art teaching balance, flexibility, breath control, and focus on building energy. Our wonderful leader is Mary Ann Kashef, an experienced Tai Chi Instructor. After a short discussion of Tai Chi's value, I threw the rest of the questions away, pushed the desk aside, took off my coat and took on Tai Chi for the first time ever in my life. I had serious reservations about exposing my ineptitude with this art form of exercise.
